Day 474, Sunday June 14

Saturday played golf 3 miles, and then ran 3 miles in the afternoon. A really beautiful sunny day.

Sunday it rained a lot in the morning, but cleared up enough that Bonnie and I walked around the pond 3 miles. Attended a graduation party at the neighbors, but still managed 3 mile run in the afternoon and finally a 1.5 mile walk with Bonnie in the evening.

Golf and an evening walk for 4.1 miles.

Busy day on the meeting front, so did the elyptical trainer for 3 miles in the morning, and walked 1.5 with Bonnie in the afternoon.

BTW Moosilauke hike actually touched the AT for a short distance,should have taken a picture of the sign. But here is one picture of a bunch of us leaving the sumit.

Day 471, Thursday June 11

Going to be lonely without Val. Recovery day, ran an easy 3 miles and then walked 1.5 with Bonnie as the rain started to come down. Looks like a dreary Friday.

Day 470, Wednesday June 10

I've been faithfully recording my steps every day on my spreadsheet. Too bad I don't make it all the way here! Busy this week (isn't it always, this time of year?) getting our bees settled in and prepping for vacation. We leave for ten days Friday morning, so you likely won't see me till we're home. I'll keep track of steps though so I can load it all up when we're back. Current stats:

Day 469, Tuesday, June 9

It rained here, fortunately letting up to mere drizzle and mist for the baseball game David and I went to. David went into Boston with me for the art class and went through some of the museum exhibits while I splashed acrylic on paper. Then we had dinner at PFChang's before we walked over to Fenway for the game. The Red Sox won. The only problem was that I forgot the pedometer. I'm guessing 4.5 miles based on previous similar excursions.

And no sign of this thing people call summer. Though I suppose we're still in spring, it feels more like April with all the showers.
