Can hardly believe that I spent three days this week entirely inside a hotel, never even sticking my nose outside the door. Those days were about 2 miles on average--big hotel, tenth floor! Home now, trying to get back into a rhythm. The pup missed me :)

Thursday ran 3 miles and walked 1.5 with Bonnie in the evening.

Friday did the elliptical for 3 miles and walked 1.5 in the evening.

Saturday played golf with Bonnie, short course at Waterville Valley say 2 miles. Did a fair amount of walking but no real idea say 1 more mile.

Sunday hiked Osceola 6.5 miles 2,200 foot elevation gain. Bonnie did real good, we finished as it was getting dark.

Monday played golf again 2 miles and went for a walk with Bonnie finally mowed the front yard 1 miles.
