We kept walking even while flying back and forth to Detroit and sitting with Neil's mom and then waiting for the funeral. (Airports are good for the mileage.)
Pulled a muscle in my arch Sunday while walking around the pond. It seems to be getting better but I'm concerned that the new shoes are bad for my foot. This is the second time it's happened, though I'm not positive I was wearing the new shoes the first time.
