In Detroit visiting Neil's family. Niece's bridal shower, baseball game, walking through airports, etc. Total of six miles. If we go for a walk later tonight, I'll add it to tomorrow's mileage.

Did pretty good on walking today. Not sure when, but I did errands and went back and forth and bounced a bit and it added up nicely :).
Thursday did the elyptical for 3 miles in the morning, 1 mile walk at noon then walked 1.5 with Bonnie in the evening.

Friday lots of walking through airports 2 miles, did elyptical at hotel for 3 miles. Two walks in the evening with Bonnie 2 miles.

Saturday ran 3 miles first thing in the morning, went to Tigers game in the evening, along with a walk in the afternoon another 2 miles.

Sunday ran 3 miles in the afternoon, 2 miles walking through the airports. Good to be back home.

Saturday came in at 6.46 miles with 2 puppy walks and a lot of yard work. Sunday we had mucho company and I'm impressed to have gotten to 4.02.
