I tried to post this yesterday, but couldn't get my numbers straightened out. Brain was too muzzy. (I managed to catch some kind of bug on Friday and as a result spent Saturday in bed. Didn't get to go on the big hike :( and so didn't break 100 miles for the month. Grrr.)
I have 10 miles since I last posted, and no, I didn't juggle to get that conveniently round number. 7.2 of those were in July.
