Well, I had a good look at Bonnie's link about the International Appalachian Trail today. Looks like I have 100 miles to go in Maine before I get to the New Brunswick border. So off I go!

With thunderstorms in the area, I opted for the exercise bike instead of an evening walk. 3 miles, plus 1.5 miles walking earlier.

Ran 3.5 at noon, it rained last night so just did Pilates.

So, where the heck am I? I haven't checked in a long, long time. I've just been trudging along.
Looks like I've just blown by Chesire, MA and should be hitting Mark Noepel Shelter in a day or two.
