Weird weather for us here. Cold and windy. Still summer near you?

Friday, played golf 3 miles, ran 3 more at noon and 1.5 mile walk with Bonnie in the evening.

Total: 7.5

Saturday, thought about golf with Bonnie, but too hot, walked around the pond 2.5 miles. Ran 3 in the afternoon and after the sun went down walked another 1.5 with Bonnie.

Total: 6

Sunday, much of the same, did the pond 2.5, ran 3 and walked 1.5 in the evening after it cooled off.

total: 6

Bonnie said...: We walked around the pond early before it got too hot and then around the neighborhood in the evening after it cooled off a bit, for 5.5 total.

It's supposed to hit mid-90's the next couple of days, so I think it's going to be the exercise bike this afternoon.
