Played golf in the morning 3 miles. Then went to the gym at noon and rode 5.5 miles on the bike. Bonnie decided to do the bike in the evening so no walk. I'm only about 100 miles from Jean, see you soon.

It was thundery and unpleasant last night, so I stayed in with the exercise bike again. 3 miles, plus .8 walking during the day.
