Back is still really sore, so just walked and sat on the heating pad.
Saturday walked around the pond 2.5, and evening walk with Bonnie 1.5.
Sunday was supposed to go to Tanglewood for a concert with Bonnie, but was too sore for the 2 hour car ride. Walked 1.5 in the afternoon and 1.5 in the evening.

Met my daughter at Tanglewood to listen to Beethoven's ninth (spectacular), then walked around the grounds afterwards. I'm guessing about a mile and a half.

Sunday I was pretty sore from all the standing and canning on Friday and Saturday, so I didn't walk Brody in the morning. After lunch we drove over to celebrate my mom's 86th with her. The walking was pretty random at 3947 steps.
Today Brody was near angelic on the morning walk. I also walked at noon--perfect weather! Cool, cloudy, a bit of a breeze. And Jim and I took the pup for a fairly long walk this evening. Total today: 12931 steps

One of these days I'll have to look up where I am on the trail again.

First day of school so did my walk to the boys' busstop and down and around. Then a short walk in the afternoon and a walk to Office Depot for some school supplies (forgetting my pedometer :p). Finally, did 13 minutes trying to keep my balance on the WII Fit. Managed, but not as well as usual :p.
