Regular day, ran 3.5 at noon and then walked 1.5 in the evening.
Total: 5

So far this month I have 27.1 miles in. That brings me to 257.71 on the AT and 304.89 YTD.
I almost washed my new pedometer this morning. Clearly I need to be more conscious of taking it out of my pocket before I get undressed.
