Tuesday was a very hectic day at work, managed 2 mile walk in the early afternoon and a 1.5 mile walk with Bonnie in the evening.
Wednesday played golf, found a tick on the side of my knee just above where I put the bug spray. It itches. 3 miles. Ran 3 miles at noon, knee is now sore, need new running shoes.
