Here's a picture of us from our Sunday hike at Castle Craig, Connecticut. Kat took the picture looking down from the top of one of the sharp ledges we had to climb. I think this is the one where I had to stop. The combination of late summer heat and early spring foliage gave an odd out-of-synch feeling to the day.
Yesterday was just as hot, but I didn't hike. 2.1 miles.

yea it was hot and I wimped out and did the elyptical in the gym for 3 miles. Walked 1.5 in the evening with Bonnie before doing pilates.
