Yay! It worked. For some reason, coming here and making the post just exhausts me sometimes, so I we can make them in bunches, then most of the time the post will just be there. Oh my, Val seemed to think there was some connection between excercise and loosing weight:) I've hear rumor, but never believed it, I'm still trying to loose the 5 pounds I gained on our cruise. I just thought the more you walked the more you walked.But seriously in combination with diet I have seen it work, but only in the spring :)Too cold yesterday, went to the gym and did the eliptical, 2.7 miles, with distance between buildings and to conference rooms rounding to 3.Total: 3AT: 1,681.5
Got the pup out in the morning and walked at noon. That fog is cold, clammy, and seeps in everywhere. Brr. Bundled up and took him for his full walk when I got home. Where does he get all that energy from, when I have NONE? 4.84 miles.AT: 1278.29YTD: 137.49
