Went to the gym today, did the elyptical trainer, 2.7 miles, with jogging over and running around at work estimate total at 3 miles. Interesting this was the same mileage and calories as last time I used this machine, but this time I only got my heart rate up to 106, last time it was over 130. Not sure what that means.Did pilates in the evening.Total: 3AT: 1,777.5
It probably means the machines aren't very accurate. I got 3.4 miles around Boston yesterday (art class day) February: 68.1and year: 139.9AT: 857.9
Neil, it might mean you're in better shape than you were, so it would take more exertion to get your heart to the same level? Or like Bonnie says, just might be inaccurate.My day clocked in at 5.15 miles.AT: 1363.63YTD: 222.83
