Nice sunny, but still cool day, ran 3.5 at noon, walked 1.5 in the evening. This is my week with the pager, it did go off and had to check out a customer problem, fortunately didn't take a long time, but we'll see what today brings.

A good day for walking if not for life. I've finally started setting the alarm half an hour earlier now that it isn't FREEZING at 6:30 am so the pup and I get a decent walk before work. At noon I walked out to the greenhouse/nursery supply to find some green growing and flowering things. Took kitty to the vet in the afternoon, then Jim and I and the dog had a long walk and talk. (Brody is big on the walking but not so much on the talking.) 5.9 miles

I didn't do much yesterday. Reading, eating ice cream. .3 miles. I'm feeling better today and it's warm and beautiful, so hopefully I'll get out some.
