After so many days of fog and rain, it was a shock to discover that it is actually lighter at 7 am than I thought! Brody and I had a morning walk, I worked the morning, cleaned house in the afternoon, then walked him again. (Jim hurt his back when he fell moving the kids, so hasn't been into these walks!) Today 4.17 miles.

That bout of bronchitis that resolved so quickly earlier this month has…umm…come back. Dragging today, but managed to get my walking in during my lucid moments. Of course if I wasn't up so late maybe I'd be healthier…only I slept most of the day today :p.
