Almost took a zero today, lots of meeting and email to get through so didn't have time for a noon walk or anything. But did manager a 1.5 mile walk in the evening. Was in the low teens so finally broke out the winter coat.

Errands plus around 3 miles on the exercise bike -- Neil might have gone for a walk, but it was too cold for me.
