Taking a class this week so had to work out early in the morning, it was cold, windy and dark, so I rode the stationary bike (not the tough hiker I should be :)). Did 5.5 miles and then walked 1.5 in the evening with Bonnie. Today looks warmer so I'll go out before heading to class.

Two miles for me today -- 1.6 in the evening and a few errands in the morning. I think today with the rain and wind, it's going to be the exercise bike for me. I'm getting to be such a wuss in my old age...

Monday Mar and I hiked along Emerald Bay at Tahoe, 6.81 miles.
Tuesday we wandered around South Lake Tahoe and did a bit of hiking. Found the Tahoe Rim Trail. 4.17 miles.
