Day 292, Sunday 14 December

We walked around the pond today -- had to climb over and around a number of downed trees, and most of the path was covered with pine branches and drifts of shattered ice. So it was a tougher walk than usual, though still only 2.5 miles. After, we cut our Christmas tree and brought it up. Have to decorate it tonight but I don't suppose that will add any mileage :)

Wow, that's quite a journey for that tree :).

I didn't do much today because of the snow storm and the fact that it was freezing...37 F at noon and dropped from there, but I'm still making progress despite my poor reportage.

Walked around Costco in the morning and did 30 minutes on WII tennis (both left and right handed) because it's too darn COLD!

Well the ice storm was exciting, lots of downed trees, but none hit our house and we didn't even loose power.

Saturday ran 3 in the morning, then Bonnie and I went into Boston to the Assyrian exhibit at the MFA and then went out to dinner, 2.5 miles of walking getting to the various places, do you take negative steps for a large meal? :)

Total: 5.5

Sunday walked around the pond with Bonnie 2.5 (probably an extra quarter mile going around downed trees), then 3 mile run.

We did manage to get one box of ornaments onto the tree :)

Might I just say "Brrr"? 1.65 miles for Sunday because it is Just Too Cold. Puppy loves the snow, though. He's crazy that way.

And Jim has forbidden me from my 6:30 am puppy walks when the temp is at -20C. I guess I see his point.
