Ran out of time to walk Brody before work but we did a walk at noon (half day work on Friday) and another just before dark. They finally put sand on our road. It feels good to stretch the legs out and walk at a decent pace without fear of going *whooooosh*. Just did the day 6 sparkpeople workout also. Today's miles 4.59 YAY!!AT: 1173.63YTD: 32.83

Hope you get over the flu quickly.Cold here, but mid-20's, ran 3.5 at noon and walked 1.5 in the evening.Its only 10 degrees today, and the cats won't even go out. The predict 6-10 inches of snow over night so Sunday will probably be a snow shoe day, but well see what happens.Total: 5AT: 1,571
Thanks Neil. It's not a severe one. Feels more like all day, mild morning sickness (which is something I guess you've only got second hand experience with ;)), but I'll be happy to see it gone.
