Things haven't been going so well here. I've had a degenerative disk flare the last few days and haven't managed much walking--or much of anything else, for that matter. My current total sits at:AT: 354.07YTD: 451.17
I'm sorry your back's acting up, Val. I hope it's better soon. I surprised myself by lasting through 9 holes of golf Sunday morning -- I don't generally take the heat well. Maybe it's a sign I'm getting more fit. 1.6 mile regular walk Saturday and Sunday nights, 2 miles for the golf, for 5.2 total for the weekend. And that means I broke 200 on the AT!AT: 201.4June: 17.6YTD: 248.5
