3962 steps for 2.12 miles today. Tomorrow, I head to San Antonio for two weeks. I won't have the Wii or the Wii Fit. That means I need to head to the track in the morning or hit the streets to get some walking time in. Except, maybe for the times I'm behind the push mower mowing the lawn. I suspect most of my yard work will be tree trimming in nature, though. Hubby also wants to get the transmission and clutch changed out in the Jeep and fence painting and construction underway. My right knee is acting up. I need to remember that hula hoop is not a good Wii exercise with these knees!

Woke up with a stomach bug, so only managed 1.5 mile walk with Bonnie in the evening. (Feeling better today).

My consistency with steps has taken a nosedive as well as my consistency with posting. Not good. It is berry season and that means I need to be extra careful of the diet/exercise ratio. Sigh. (It's not the strawberries so much as what goes with them...)
So Saturday I even forgot to wear the pedometer. It was quite warm but I did a fair bit of yard work (raking, wheelbarrow pushing) so I'm crediting myself two miles for that.
Sunday's steps amounted to 5383, thanks to hubby agreeing to walk with me just at dusk. Had to move fast cause of the mosquitoes. :P
Monday (a holiday) it was just plain unrelentingly hot. We drove over to see my mom (yay air-conditioning in the car!) and my steps were only 2393.
AT: 425.48
YTD: 522.58
Monday was my usual half mile of errands, plus around a third of a mile of lawn mowing, plus the usual 1.6 in the evening with Neil. So about 2.5.
June: 62.9
