I have no idea when I last posted, but I have been tracking my walking. I'm averaging almost 3 miles a day now. I really need to start working in some light weight training; my back is stiff when I get up in the morning which is a sure sign that I need to exercise more.AT: 225.61YTD: 272.79(So far this year I've walked almost half-way to my mom's house. She's 567 miles away.)
Ooh, nice progress, EJ! I'm averaging just 2 miles a day, but that's up quite a bit from wjem we started walking. Hopefully I'll be up to 3 soon. I did two miles on the exercise bike and 1.6 waling, for 3.6 total. June: 24.1AT: 208.9YTD: 256.0
