Even hotter than yesterday, with a bad-air warning out. I would love to send some of this out to BC to help Val warm up. But it's cooling down nicely now that the sun has set, so we got our usual 1.6 miles.

Even with the heat got to keep going. Ran 3.5 at noon and 1.5 walk in the evening.
