I broke the clip on my pedometer at work today, so I stuck it in my pocket, and it seems to work just fine there. Not sure about accuracy; for all I know, it only counts the left steps and not the right, but I was too busy to worry about it today.3.5 miles todayAT: 106.8YTD: 153.98

Between lack of internet access and being busy, I haven't had a chance to keep up with you guys. Then, this week, I banged up my foot. Sigh. I'll be around for the campfire though. I have to figure out how to walk on my hands.
Steps: 8753Total Miles: 3.44AT: 167.03YTD Total: 231.61Got a good walk in this morning and a short one this afternoon. My guests are gone so my walking habits should improve again. On the days I skipped, I got less than 4 miles for all of them.
Traveled by many means the last few days.Friday, golf in the morning 2 miles, stationary bike at noon 6.92, then walk with Bonnie 1.5.Saturday refereed soccer, hard to say how far I ran for 70 minutes with a bunch of 14 year old division 2 girls. I'd estimate 4.5 miles. Then walk with Bonnie 1.5.Total: 16.5AT: 271.5A minor note I think I've now traveled the length of the long trail (which runs through Vermont).
