Went for 2 walks today, one with the hubby for part of lunch hour, and one after work. It was a great day to be outside today, nice and sunny, slight breeze, and 70F.
I got 10,047 steps today between the walks and general work related walking.

We went for our usual walk today, 1.6 miles.

I went for a walk in the morning, then traipsed all over Cranbrook with hubby in the afternoon.

Went on my normal walk in the morning, though later in the day because of a delayed start. Saw some quail running around on top of the usual. Then went on the afternoon walk and these little birds, hundreds of them, were swarming like something out of a Hitchcock movie. The expected snow didn't come but we think a swarm of little insects, a buffet, was probably the cause.
Looks like everyone just plodding along. Same here, was a beautiful sunny day with highs in the 50's, no complaints.
Ran 3.5, walked 1.5 with Bonnie.

Still plugging along. I've got 12 miles in this month. That's 67.9 on the AT and 115 for the year.
Monday and Tuesday were awfully similar for me. My usual morning walk followed by some walking at work. I am happy that it is warming up.
Monday: 4.1 miles
Tuesday: 4.2 miles
AT: 105.4 miles. I apparently missed when I crossed into North Carolina, but progress is good.
