day something, hanging up my shoes

Metaphorically, anyway. I've been wearing the pedometer, and each night I faithfully jot down my steps on some random scrap of paper. But I haven't been here to update in ages, and I don't see that behavior changing. I may come by to cheer you all on, but I figure it's time to take the stress and guilt of not following through on my expectations away. So I'm stepping down.

Aw, hugs. I hope you'll come back to join us when the kid's a little older. You don't have to start at the beginning -- just drop in step beside us.

I'm sorry to hear this, Erin, but I understand the stage of life you're in. Been there--done that. Eons ago! Thanks for giving it a go.

Thanks. Let me know when you all hit my neck of the woods along the trail, and I'll see about carrying out hot cocoa to you. Maybe even take some pics.

Sorry to hear you can't keep hiking along with us. (hugs). Hopefully you can walk along a bit when we get closer to where you are :)
