Wow! Fans and cheering at the water stops. That's completely unexpected. How motivating. I'm glad Inuit wasn't with me today. That could have been unpleasant.
Oh that's beautiful :). And completely outclasses my story of the pond all iced over again with one little opening just big enough for the white swan and four ducks. They were all in the water but packed in tight enough that to turn meant a chorus of pardon me!
I'll try to remember to snag some of Colin's shots...or bring the camera in the morning. It's all ice today except one tiny patch claimed by two Canadian geese. The poor swan was standing flamingo style (though with both legs down I assume) and it's head tucked under its wing.
