Today I have 3,749 steps on my pedometer from walking around work (went to the dinning hall for lunch which is farther from my office then the cafe we usually eat at). I went to the apartment community center today after work and used the elliptical for 10 minutes. It said I went a little more then half a mile.So, I'm going to call it 2 miles today.AT: 4(I figure I can calculate steps per mile this weekend so I can re-figure my mileage if need be.)

I am once again between places, Helen, GA and Tray Mountain. Guess I'm going to be cuddling up in the snow :p.Steps: 7419Total Miles: 2.92AT: 52.79YTD Total: 117.37Did the normal morning walk but cut it short because I have blisters on both heels from yesterday. By the afternoon, though, I'd gotten smart and am wearing my berkenstocks with socks so my heels aren't touched. Good thing the weather got warmer though :). I also did my WII exercises.
Did the usual, 3.5 mile run and 1.5 mile walk before bed. Close enough to claim to be at Low Gap Shelter with Bonnie. Enough said, pulling the curtains :)Today: 5.0AT: 40
Did the usual "morning" walk and got a good bit of walking in at work. 3.8 milesAT: 38.24 milesMy work schedule won't let me walk too much the next couple of days.
Walked 6709 steps for 2.96 miles.
