Today is a yoga day for me, so no miles. (Actually Pilates this time. Man are my abs sore...)

I did 1.1 miles today! Yay me. Good job on the pilates. Total this week so far. 1.6 miles. :D

Good start, Snoopy! Good to see you here. And Bonnie--man, I need to get back into core exercises too. Maybe next week.
Did a short walk and groceries before work, so pulled another walk after work for a total of:
8522 steps/ 3.2 miles
AT in March: 13.5 miles
YTD: 95.9 miles
At least it didn't snow any more today, and more melted than fell yesterday, so brown is winning over white.
Not a bad day for walking. It's been a better week for eating right, too, for some reason. No idea why, but I'm not going to complain.
Here's the latest:
3.5 miles and 8000 steps
AT miles = 12.35
YTD total = 103.76 miles.
Steps: 7995
Miles: 3.15
AT: 11.77
YTD Total: 76.35
No WII workout today, but did a lot of walking. Missed most of the fun birds, but saw some sandpipers, a kestrel, and a beautiful eagle :).
My pedometer arrived today in time to calibrate and use for the whole day. Nothing special for me, just a normal day walking around.
5669 steps for 2.05 miles.
I guess I really need to make the effort to get more walking into my everyday activities.
Pilates is a great workout, Bonnie. I wish we still had classes here.
Day 4: 1.1 miles (not bad, considering I stayed in and watched it sleet)
