Thanks for the welcome! I'm going out to buy a pedometer today so I can clock my miles. Looking forward to being a part of the group. Here's to a healthier year, a year of changes. :)

Welcome to Kat and Snoopy! A pedometer is great and you need good walking shoes.
I was surprised that our first big discussion last month centered NOT on the best shoes or the best pedometer, but on the fact that some pants' waistbands are too high to properly clock the steps. :P
Thanks for the welcome! Amazon has shipped my pedometer and I hope to have it in a couple of days so I can log my distance.
